FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Parker Food Group, a provider of sweet toppings and inclusions, baked gadgets, crumbs and streusels, pralines and coated gadgets, liquid bases and variegates, and cookies, has acquired the previous Rise Baking Co. baking plant in Mexico, Mo.
Parker mentioned the ability will embody 5 manufacturing strains and extra capability for a variety of specialty meals substances provided by each of its manufacturers: Parker Products and Creative Food Ingredients.

Rise Baking shuttered the Mexico, Mo., baking plant in September 2021. At that point, the corporate cited foodservice challenges ensuing from the pandemic having a “significantly negative impact” on the Mexico plant, which provided 90% of Rise Baking’s product to the foodservice sector.
