Wipro has bagged a multi-year IT managed providers contract from the Kuala Lumpur-based Maxis Broadband.

Adani Transmission

Adani Transmission has obtained the letter of intent (LoI) for the acquisition of MP Power Transmission Package-II, included by REC Power Development and Consultancy, the Adani Group firm stated.

Hindustan Copper

The authorities will promote upto 10 per cent stake in Hindustan Copper by a proposal on the market possibility within the inventory exchanges, which may fetch round Rs 1,121 crore.
