NEW YORK — The Winter Fancy Food Show is shifting to the Las Vegas Convention Center from San Francisco’s Moscone Center in 2022. The occasion, held Feb. 6-8, will function specialty meals and drinks from home and worldwide exhibitors, plus particular occasions and training classes.
“The Specialty Food Association continues to be focused on exploring new opportunities for our members, and safely continuing the growth of the $170.4 billion specialty food industry during the pandemic,” mentioned Bill Lynch, president of the Specialty Food Association, which hosts the Fancy Food Shows. “We are excited to be partnering with a premier trade show destination like Las Vegas, which has been the leader in the return of in-person events.”
The occasion will mark the primary in-person Fancy Food Show in two years. The digital Fancy Food 24/7 is happening Sept. 27 by Oct. 8.
